Sunshine or Sunshadow? [spoilers] Português embaixo

The movie is not entering my favorites list, but it's a good movie though. It's about opposites. The dialog of antithesis is really strong, life and death, hope and desperation, light and darkness, all and nothing, all the opposites are intertwined, they walk side to side and holding hands and talking about trivialites. Men killing themselves to save mankind, one sacrifices himself while the other won't let go of his life, even if that means letting go of his comrades'. One dies burned in the light, the other freezes in the dark, trying to recover the sunshine in the middle of darkness itself. A woman holding her newly found hope meets catastrophe by a thrusth of a knife alike through her chest, holding what she calls a "baby", a green sprout of life growing among the-ashes-of-what-was-life-then-death-and-now-life-again. It's about being human.

O filme não vai figurar na minha lista de favoritos, mas é um bom filme. É sobre opostos. O diálogo entre antíteses é intenso, vida e morte, esperança e desespero, luz e escuridão, tudo e nada, todos os opostos são entrelaçados, andam lado a lado, de mãos dadas, falando trivialidades. Homens se matando para salvar a humanidade, um se sacrifica, enquanto outro faz de tudo para continuar vivo, mesmo que para isso seus companheiros tenham de morrer. Um morre queimado na luz, o outro é congelado na escuridão, tentado recuperar a luz solar no âmago da escuridão. Uma mulher encontra a catástrofe em uma estocada de algo similar a uma faca em seu peito, segurando sua recém encontrada esperança, segurando o que ela chama de "bebê", um broto verde de vida crescendo em meio às cinzas-do-que-fora-vida-então-morte-e-finalmente-vida-de-novo. É sobre ser humano.
